If you have previously purchased Word Builder and recently upgraded from iOS 7 to iOS 8, you may find that when you try to load a preset Word Builder will load an activity with all tiles missing.
To remedy this error, please follow the instructions below.
1. Tap the "settings" button on the main page:
2. Press the "Tap to reset" button.
The preset settings will now be fixed.
