The app sometimes shuts down unexpectedly on my iPad 2

While the apps will run well on iPad 2, you may sometimes experience issues if you have a lot of apps open at once. To resolve the issue, please:


  1. Close all open apps by double tapping the home button and clearing all open apps (hold down an app icon for 1-2 sec and press the 'x' on iOS6 / slide the app screenshots upwards on iOS7)
  2. Reset your iPad by holding down the home button and the off button (at the same time) for approx 5 seconds (this should turn your iPad off)
  3. Turn on your iPad
  4. Start the app again


If you continue to have issues:


  1. Please try deleting and reinstalling the app (you will not be charged again). Restart the app to see if the issue is resolved.
  2. You may have an outdated operating system on the iPad. You can update it by tapping Settings>General>Software Update or by connecting your iPad to a computer and updating the operating system through iTunes. Restart the app to see if the issue is resolved.
