ReadingDoctor® Online is the full subscription program for schools and families. Students use their own login to complete activities, while parents and teachers can view progress through the Dashboard as well as create individualised activities for students via the Educator Login.
It can be used in Google Chrome on a PC, Mac or Chromebook, or on an iPad through the ReadingDoctor® Online iPad app. The iPad app is simply an iPad way to access a ReadingDoctor® Online account using the same login details and progress data.
The older standalone ReadingDoctor® apps are separate iPad apps. Each app focuses on particular skills and activities are selected manually, rather than following the automated ReadingDoctor® Online sequence.
In short:
- ReadingDoctor® Online: subscription program, student logins, automated learning sequence, progress tracking and Dashboard access, huge library of teaching targets and a wide range of skills covered.
- Older ReadingDoctor® apps: separate iPad apps with skill-specific content and manually selected activities.
- ReadingDoctor® Online iPad app: access to the ReadingDoctor® Online subscription on an iPad, not a separate program.
