This issue is caused by a bug in specifying the location of the program's assets (graphics/sounds) in the initial version of the network version installer for Win7/Vista. It has been resolved in the current client installer.

To resolve the issue:
 

1. Please download the latest network version installation package from:


http://www.readingsounds.com/files/ReadingSounds_1_Pro_NetVIP.zip


by entering the link above into your internet browser to download the file.


There is an installation guide (Installation Guide - ReadingSounds™ 1 Pro Network Version.pdf) in the zipped folder. 


2. The installation package contains a server software and a client software folder. Please locate the client software folder and install the new client on your workstations (you can install it over the existing version). 

 

The client should now run correctly.
