When I try to open an app, I get an error.

Very occasionally, this seems to be an issue which causes some of our apps to generate the following error when they are started:

ERROR in
Action number 1
Of Other Event: Room Start
For object initial-obj:

This error seems to be related to upgrading from iOS 7 to iOS 8 for some of our customers.

To remedy the problem, please delete and then reinstall the app. You will not be charged again by Apple.
