This issue may be resolved by replacing CMServer.exe (on the server machine) with an updated version of CMServer. The updated version may be found here:

To replace CMServer.exe please

1. If you are running the server as an application, close any open instances of CMViewer.exe (right click on the icon in the taskbar and then click 'exit')

2. Run CMServer.exe /u from the command prompt to uninstall the CMServer.exe service

3. Replace the old CMServer.exe file with the new one

4. Run CMServer.exe
